Senior full-stack developer / technical consultant (m/f/d)

Combining development and consulting
As a senior full-stack developer and technical consultant (m/f/d), you are the dedicated technical contact for a group of our existing clients: someone who knows their systems, thinks ahead and takes responsibility.
Since 2013 we have been building websites, online shops, apps and custom software for mid-sized companies from our office in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. We look after around 90 clients long term, including Know How! AG, Caritas Stuttgart and TU Berlin.
For our team of 14 we are looking for an experienced professional who brings development and consulting together.

You can work from home up to two days a week, with flexible working hours on top.
Full-time or part-time
A permanent position, either full-time or part-time.
PHP & Laravel, Angular, TYPO3
The technologies you'll mainly work with. Across all our projects we use more than 20 technologies.
Client support, consulting & development
Your focus: you support clients on the technical side, advise them and build the right solution yourself.
€45,000 to €55,000 a year
Depending on experience, plus a profit-related annual bonus.
Your responsibilities
You accompany your clients from the first conversation through consulting to the finished code, and help your team grow along the way.
Technical client support
You are the dedicated contact for a group of our existing clients, know their systems and solve their technical problems.
Consulting
You analyse requirements, assess existing systems and recommend the right solution, whether a CMS or custom software.
On-site and online meetings
You run workshops, alignment meetings and training sessions with clients, mostly in the Stuttgart area.
Development
Back end with PHP and Laravel, front end with Angular, plus TYPO3 projects where they make sense.
Technical leadership
You do code reviews, assign tasks within your projects and help your colleagues develop their skills.
What you bring
Solid experience in web development, and you enjoy talking to clients and taking responsibility.
- Several years of experience in web development, ideally at an agency or in client projects
- Very good knowledge of PHP and Laravel
- Front-end experience with Angular or a comparable framework
- TYPO3 experience is a plus, not a must, and so is experience with Java
- You can explain technical topics so that managing directors and marketing managers understand them
- You take responsibility for your clients and enjoy guiding others
- Very good German, good English and willingness to attend occasional client meetings on site
