AI Agency Stuttgart: AI that survives production.

We build AI into software instead of presenting slides about it. In our workshop your idea turns into a clickable prototype within a day, and afterwards we take over the development. Plus chatbots on your own company knowledge, AI agents, process automation and the connection to the systems you already run.

Manifesto

Most AI projects do not fail because of the AI.

They fail on unclear data, on missing interfaces and on a prototype nobody can get into production. That is exactly where our work sits. We come from software development, not from presentations, and we build the parts between an impressive demo meeting and a system that still works on a Monday morning.

"A prototype is built in hours. The question is who runs it, maintains it and repairs it when it breaks."

Our entry offer

Your MVP is built in the workshop. In one day, clickable.

The usual first workshop ends with wireframes and minutes. Ours ends with something you can operate. Together with you we build a working prototype of your idea through AI-assisted vibe coding. A sketch is hard to argue about, a real interface is not, which is why misunderstandings surface at the point where they still cost nothing.

After that we take over the proper engineering. This combination is the actual gap in the market: bootcamps train you and leave you alone with the result, while specialist consultants rescue stranded prototypes afterwards. With us the workshop and the implementation come from the same team.

  • One day, one result: you go home with a working application, not with a concept.
  • You sit next to us: the prototype is built together, not delivered to you. Your domain knowledge goes in directly.
  • An honest limit: the result is a validated concept in code, not a production system. Whatever is needed after that, we tell you beforehand.
  • Clear rights: the prototype is yours. Which tools are used and which data they see is agreed before the session.

Everything about the MVP workshop: how it runs, what you get and what happens next.

Services

What we deliver.

Eight building blocks that we take on individually or in combination, depending on the project. Almost every engagement starts with one of them and only grows afterwards.

MVP in a workshop
An idea becomes a clickable prototype within a day. The fastest route from "we have this idea" to a decision you can stand behind.
Consulting & strategy
Potential analysis, prioritising the use cases, the data protection frame and a roadmap that matches your resources.
Chatbots & RAG
Customer service bots on your website and internal assistants on your own company knowledge, with sources instead of guesswork.
Training
Team training on tools, prompts and the safe handling of company data. Article 4 of the EU AI Act now requires this anyway.
AI agents
Assistants that work through multi-step tasks on their own, with clear boundaries and a human on the approval step.
Automation
Recurring routines as a workflow: email triage, document processing, data reconciliation between CRM, ERP and shop.
Integration
Language models built into the systems you already run: web apps, interfaces, CMS backends. This is where a development team stands out most clearly.
AI in your online shop
Product data and descriptions, semantic search, advice at checkout. Directly connected to our shop development.

Process

How an AI project runs with us.

Five steps, and the first one is rarely the one people expect. Before we talk about models, we talk about the process that is supposed to get better.

Step 01

Use case before technology

The worst starting question is "where can we use AI?". Instead we look for the places where somebody regularly retypes data from one screen into another. There the effort, the error source and the ownership are already known.

Step 02

Check the data situation

Which system is the source of truth for which piece of information? That question decides between success and frustration long before a model enters the picture. Answering it pays off even if no AI is used in the end.

Step 03

Prototype in the workshop

Instead of a specification we build something operable together. Whatever turns out to be wrong while clicking costs nothing on that day. After that the decision rests on solid ground.

Step 04

Production-ready implementation

Now we build what has to carry weight: roles and permissions, error handling, logging, tests, connections to the leading systems. The prototype was the answer to a question, not the beginning of the product.

Step 05

Operation and refinement

AI systems age differently from classic software: data changes, models get replaced, costs move with usage. We keep an eye on quality, cost and edge cases and sharpen the system over time.

Clients

Who we work with.

Clients from industry, education and social services, from associations and regional initiatives. We have been building software for them since 2013. The AI parts now go into exactly those systems, which is why we come at this field from the development side.

Frequently asked

What we get asked most.

What does an AI agency actually do?
That varies a lot. Many providers advise, train and assemble existing building blocks. We come from software development and build the parts ourselves: interfaces, data access, user interfaces, operation. If an off-the-shelf tool would solve your case, we will tell you that too. Go to AI consulting
What does an AI project cost?
There is no serious flat answer, because the projects differ too much. One thing is reliable though: unlike classic software, there are running costs per use, because every request to a model is billed. We calculate that item up front instead of discovering it on the first invoice. In a free initial consultation you get a written estimate.
Do we even need AI, and where do we start?
A good share of what gets requested as an AI project is really an interface problem. If data only has to travel between two systems, that needs an interface, not a language model. An interface is predictable and cheaper to run. We sort that out in the first conversation, before anything gets built.
What is vibe coding, and what has the workshop got to do with it?
Vibe coding means letting software emerge mostly through description in plain language. For prototypes that is a real gain, because an idea turns into something operable within hours. For production it is not enough, because generated code looks tidy even when it contains a reasoning error. That distinction is the core of our workshop. Vibe coding in the glossary
Where does our data sit, and is this GDPR compliant?
Whatever is sent to an external model leaves the building. That is why the processing location and the data processing agreement belong at the start of a project, not in the handover. Depending on the requirement we work with EU hosting, with providers who handle data processing agreements properly, or with models that run entirely inside your own environment.
Is AI training mandatory for our team?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies deploying AI systems to ensure demonstrable AI literacy among their staff since February 2025. It is enough that employees use AI tools at work. There is no prescribed curriculum; what is required is a level of knowledge that matches the use. Go to AI training
Is there public funding for AI projects?
Germany has federal and regional programmes for consulting and digitalisation projects, and AI consulting regularly qualifies. Which programme fits your project and what conditions come with it, we clarify in the first conversation. The application itself runs through the respective authority; we support the technical description. Go to funding advice
Will we be found in ChatGPT and Perplexity?
That is an SEO question rather than a development question, which is why it sits in our SEO area. It is about preparing content so that AI search systems can cite it. Go to AI search optimisation
