What is included in the continuous support package?
Continuous support, for us, means full-service care after go-live, shaped around your project. Typical building blocks are hosting, regular maintenance (updates, backups, monitoring), page speed and SEO optimisation, security checks (including load and penetration tests where needed), scaling measures and the continuous further development of your application. Which building blocks you actually need is something we clarify upfront, and you only pay for what has been agreed.
How quickly do you respond to maintenance requests?
Requests via our ticket system are handled promptly on working days. For critical issues such as security vulnerabilities or outages we have defined response times, which we set individually with you in the maintenance contract, matched to how business-critical the application is for you.
Do you also take care of hosting?
Yes. We run your project on reliable infrastructure with high security standards, including domain hosting. If you already have a hosting setup, we can take a look, advise you on optimisation potential and handle the migration if you wish.
Can we book continuous support even if you didn't build the project?
Yes. We also take over existing projects. Before onboarding we run a technical status check (code base, security vulnerabilities, plugins, hosting) so it’s clear where we stand and which measures take priority. Based on these findings, we define the right support scope together.
How do updates and security patches work?
Security-relevant patches are applied promptly as they become available, critical CVEs even outside the regular maintenance windows. Larger updates (frameworks, major versions, plugin upgrades) are tested on a staging system first, documented, and rolled out to production after your approval. That way there are no surprises in live operations.
