We have been looking after the Ferien mit Hund platform for several years. We carry out maintenance, extend the WordPress website with new functions and optimise existing elements and features.

The platform offers a blog with tips and tricks for holidays with a dog, plenty of information around planning trips with four-legged companions and, of course, a large number of accommodations that can be booked via Ferien mit Hund through an integration with BestFewo.

Fokus

The focus was on optimising how holidaymakers find their information. Ferien mit Hund's long-term goal has always been for users to find as much information, and as many booking steps — as possible directly on Ferien mit Hund.

In the interest of search engine optimisation and usability, we pursued this goal together with the client and with the help of BestFewo. Via a BestFewo XML interface we now import all accommodations into WordPress, regularly loading more than 150,000 listings. Availability and prices are reconciled automatically every day. As a result, the accommodation data now lives with our client rather than with BestFewo.
