Website relaunch and redesign with WordPress and Divi

As a joint project with our partner agency creative360, a WordPress-based website relaunch was planned for peel-plate, a company from Langfurth, Germany. creative360 worked out the concept including wireframes, created the design in Adobe XD and discussed the technical feasibility of the various elements with us. Since the page builder Divi is very well suited to implementing custom designs and makes content management simple, the decision fell on an implementation with Divi.

peel-plate GmbH stands for precise, individual solutions with alignment systems and laminated shim plates in assembly, mechanical and plant engineering.

Fokus

The focus was on handling enquiries more concretely: a file upload was integrated into the enquiry forms so that technical drawings can be submitted. This lets peel-plate prepare individual quotes and respond specifically to each customer's needs.

On the product pages, a small configurator also lets visitors independently compile a list of the shim plates they need, which can be sent directly to the sales team.

SEO was another important part of the project. While our partner agency creative360 took on the content side — carrying out keyword research and checking the populated website against on-page criteria — we handled the technical side, examining load times and optimising performance.
