WordPress multisite together with sister company ROTEC

ROPESYS GmbH builds and sells modern magneto-inductive rope testing systems under licence from ROTEC GmbH — developed and manufactured in Germany. The site at ropesys.com presents the R and U series with accessories, a training programme and a large international reference list.

Technically, the site runs as part of the same WordPress multisite as the ROTEC website. Theme, plugin stack, WPML configuration and maintenance are managed centrally — content, language and branding remain independent per site.

Fokus

A product-centred presence. At the heart of the site are the rope testing systems of the R series (rope diameters 6–140 mm and beyond) and the U series for track ropes and special applications. Each device series gets its own detail page with technical data, fields of application and an ordering path into the product catalogue.

Shared infrastructure, independent branding

ROPESYS and ROTEC share a WordPress multisite with the Divi theme and WPML — updates, security patches and plugin maintenance run once, centrally. Visually, ROPESYS sets itself clearly apart from its sister site with its own imagery (industrial applications such as crane installations, mines, cable cars).

International reference list & news module

An extensive logo wall (40+ international customers) and a news section for trade fair appearances (Mountain Planet, the International Crane Symposium) keep the content fresh with no effort on the client side — the content is maintained independently in the backend.
