Do you have an office in Augsburg?
No, our only location is Stuttgart-Feuerbach, and we keep no branch address in Augsburg either. We travel there for the important meetings, and day-to-day work runs remotely. What we commit to we deliver, distance included.
How do you organise approvals before publication?
Through TYPO3 workspaces. A change is made there, reviewed in a preview and goes live only once it has been approved. Who may approve depends on the area. For pages that need no review we leave the step out, otherwise somebody will route around it within a fortnight.
Can we manage large volumes of documents and downloads?
Yes. Files live in their own management layer with metadata, categories and permissions rather than as attachments to individual pages. A document can be embedded in several places and still be replaced in one, and an expiry date can be stored with it.
Do you work together with our in-house IT?
Gladly, and it is more the rule than the exception. We clarify at the start who owns servers, database and deployment, and follow your requirements. If you develop yourselves, we work in the same repository and stick to your conventions.
