No, none of us sits by the lake. The only location is Stuttgart-Feuerbach. For the two hours down to Lake Constance we schedule meetings in advance and with an agenda, so that the trip is worth it for both sides.
How do you model events and programmes?
As dedicated records with a period, a venue and links to people or programme items. Overview, detail page and calendar export all come from the same data, so nobody types the same detail twice. Expired dates drop out of the lists automatically.
Can several sites run from one installation?
Yes. Several domains share one TYPO3 core and one sitepackage while keeping their own home pages, their own languages and their own editorial teams. The effort for updates falls once rather than per site, and over time that is the larger item.
Do you host the website as well?
If you want us to, including backups, monitoring and applied updates. If you would rather stay with your own hosting provider, we work there. All that matters to us is that staging and live are built the same way technically, because otherwise every test loses its value.
