Do you have an office in Lörrach?
No. We sit in Stuttgart-Feuerbach and in no other place, and at just under three hours of driving, meetings on site are the exception rather than a habit. We come for the kickoff and then whenever a workshop justifies it.
How do you handle content that differs by country?
Through separate versions built on the same base. What is identical everywhere is maintained once; what differs lives in the respective country version. Which version somebody sees depends on the domain or language they called up, not on a guess by the system.
How do you manage safety data sheets and technical documents?
As records with a version, a language, a validity period and a link to the product. The website always shows the current version, and older ones stay findable if you have to keep them available. When a document is replaced, the link does not change.
How close is the contact when you are that far away?
Closer than the distance suggests. A fixed weekly appointment is usual, plus a ticket and chat tool for everything in between where you can always see who is working on what. Short questions are usually answered the same day.
