What does a WooCommerce shop cost at aceArt?
A blanket answer isn't possible. Effort and investment depend heavily on catalogue size, payment and shipping requirements, ERP integrations, custom plugin logic and design depth. In the free initial consultation we review your project and give a written effort estimate before anything is invoiced.
How long does implementation take?
We deliver smaller shops within a few weeks; a fully-fledged shop with a custom theme, its own plugins, a payment flow and an ERP connection typically within a few months. We agree the concrete timeframe transparently with you in advance.
WooCommerce or Shopify / Shopware — which fits us?
All three have their strengths. Shopify is excellent for fast SaaS shops with standard requirements; Shopware plays in its own league for B2B and enterprise setups; WooCommerce shines wherever custom business logic, your own integrations, free hosting choice and no licence fees matter. We advise without product bias, and sometimes a custom software solution is the right answer.

Which payment providers do you integrate?
Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, Sofort, Apple Pay and Google Pay belong to the standard repertoire. We take care of SCA-compliant checkout flows, 3-D Secure, clean error handling and reconciliation in accounting. We also connect exotic or regional providers, provided a WooCommerce or REST interface exists.
Integrations with inventory management, ERP and accounting — is that possible?
Yes, that's what we're here for. We connect WooCommerce to inventory, warehouse, ERP and CRM systems, hand orders over to accounting software and synchronise stock bidirectionally. Idempotent transfers, retry logic on third-party outages and clean logging are standard.
What does your maintenance and update concept look like?
We apply security patches promptly. Critical CVEs even outside regular maintenance windows. Larger updates (WooCommerce version jumps, critical plugin updates) are tested first on a staging environment, documented, and moved into production after approval. Daily backups included.
